Your tracking number can be located in the email that is sent to you when your order is dispatched from our warehouse(s). Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update after it has been dispatched as it can take a short period of time for the item to be scanned at our courier’s facility centre(s).

We aim to have all orders ready for dispatch within 2-3 business days. Please allow extra processing time around major holidays.

To ensure you receive all the products you have ordered around the same time, we may ship your order in multiple packages from different warehouses where the stock is available.

Once the order has shipped, you can expect your order between 7 to 25 business days. It'll vary depending on where you are from, and can be impacted by factors including your local customs/post office, and the time of year. 

Many countries require that customers pay import duties or fees when they shop online from another country. There are typically order thresholds for this (i.e. orders over X amount are charged, orders under are not) but you'll need to check the Customs website for your country for the exact details. When you are tracking your package, our tracking will show once the package has reached a Customs Office. If it isn't released within a few days of getting to Customs, you should contact your Customs Office to check and see if payment is required. Most of the time they will contact you directly, but not always!
